1. General Terms

• By accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
• Areeshay Gift Mart reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

2. Use of the Website

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account or placing an order.
• Misuse of the website or fraudulent activity will lead to termination of access.

3. Order and Payment

• Orders are subject to availability.
• Payment must be made at the time of placing the order.
• Prices are listed in PKR and include applicable taxes.

4. Delivery and Risk

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

5. Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order.
• Once processed, the order cannot be canceled.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, including images and logos, is the property of Areeshay Gift Mart.
• Unauthorized use of content is prohibited.

7. Liability

• We are not responsible for delays beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes).
• Our liability is limited to the value of the order.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Multan.
